PectCof’s ultimate mission is to close the loop on the coffee pulp.

Our ambition is to develop technologies that allow for the extraction of all valuable components from the cherry pulp and from our own production side-streams, the spent pulp and processing water.

Our first product to the market is Dutch Gum®.

PectCof had a new start at the end of 2021 with an almost completely new (management) team and a new location at the Brightlands Campus Greenport Venlo. At the campus we hire a BrightWorks unit of 75m2 with process development below our 35m2 office. We also have a product development site at Food Union in Haarlem where we have a private kitchen of 25m2 to further develop exiting end products which include Dutch Gum® as functional food ingredient.
